Let me start by saying, that my wife and I have been traveling the world for the past fifty years, and over the years have used many travel agencies to plan and coordinate our trips.  We made the decision to use Zeni Travel to plan our most recent trip to Terceira and Porto.  I’m am pleased to say that this decision resulted in a trip that was not only extremely enjoyable, but a wonderful learning experience as a result due to the knowledgeable tour guides and the support from Isabel at Zenitravel. Isabel communicated with us through all steps of booking and planning, and was always available to promptly answer any questions that we had.  Isabel not only provided a detailed set of vouchers for everything from transfers from the airport to and from the hotels but, also for the many excursions to the beautiful and interesting places on Terceira and Porto. The tour agencies were always prompt, professional, and informative, not to mention very entertaining!  From the winery visits which including wine tasting and a meal, to the visits to the UNESCO World Heritage sites, each and every tour was unique and special.
